Vision
We build and repair trust in ways that honor the fullness of our identities and experiences.
This allows us to transform systems of power and oppression into pathways for authentic connection that sustain healing, justice, and a shared vision of collective liberation.
Mission
The Center for Trust and Transformation (CTT) supports individuals, teams, and social justice movements through heart-centered coaching, facilitation, and thought leadership to build resilient relationships for transformational impact.
We are grounded in a commitment to authentic healing and repair that honors the complexities of diverse identities, histories, and power dynamics.
Committment
Our Values
We name and work to dismantle barriers to racial equity and social justice through healing and humanizing policies, practices, and behaviors. We trust in the brilliance and potential of Black, Indigenous, and people of color and our white allies to (re)design systems, institutions, and organizations to center trust as necessary for justice and liberation.
Compassion
We honor our humanity, lead with empathy, and prioritize care for our well being and the well being of others. We know that healing is a complex process and we value the whole person and their becoming.
Connection
We are social beings who thrive in healthy communities and networks. Community is a precursor to action and we honor mutuality, reciprocity, and the emergent nature of relationships. We honor connection as an essential resource and work to create the conditions for relational thriving.
Courage
We are living in unprecedented times of social change and unrest. Building and repairing trust requires brave spaces, truth-telling, and moral courage. We act with courage and commitment in everything we do.
