Susi Collins is a seasoned social impact strategist specializing in designing and implementing initiatives that enhance organizational inclusivity and drive community impact. With over a decade of experience, she excels at building effective cross-sector partnerships and operationalizing equity-focused strategies, linking internal advancements to external results. Her work spans multicultural programming, diversity partnerships, leadership development, and more, with experience at organizations such as the Gates Foundation and Salesforce.

Susi holds a Master of Nonprofit Administration from the University of San Francisco and certificates in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University and the Ocean Healing and Therapy Institute.
