Fannie Tseng is an experienced quantitative research professional who has led quantitative analyses for projects funded at the local, state and federal government levels, as well as those for nonprofit and philanthropic organizations.

Dr. Tseng designed and managed data collection and analyses for evaluations that measured impacts of social policies on education, training and youth development-related outcomes at the individual-level. Dr. Tseng is also an experienced survey and administrative data analyst who conducts hands-on descriptive analyses for projects focused on promoting diversity, equity and inclusion for organizations.  Dr. Tseng previously worked at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation as a Measurement, Learning and Evaluation (MLE) Officer and has a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
